Mercy Hill is not a geographical place in South Jersey, though there are plenty of hills around: Cherry Hill, Mullica Hill, to name just two.
Mercy Hill, rather, is an idea: it is the idea that Mercy is "elevated" in our church community: God's mercy toward us in the death and resurrection of Jesus, and our mercy towards others in response to His good grace.
We also like the image of "hill" as evoking the beautiful countryside of South Jersey.
By not including a specific town in our church's name, we want to communicate that no matter where you live in South Jersey, we want you to know you're invited to be a part of what God is doing in our church family.
